The AnAbstractedView label has custom designs created with the original abstract art of Stacy Neasham. Refined color pallets and design with colors that intertwine and collide help create contemporary clothing for anyone.
I made a switch back to using acrylic paint and working a wood panel versus canvas. Sealing and priming the wood is a 2 day process in itself! I have been playing around with all the different mediums reacquainting myself with its process and color blending. Oils and acrylics are different, my familiar pallets do not jive, it has been a fun and time-consuming experience creating so many color charts. Actively painting day and night until Expo starts, then I will be spen
I would like to introduce Perfectly Peaceful a new piece painted in acrylic on wood canvas. This is my first abstract in acrylic in a very long time so it was exciting and fun to explore and experiment along the way. Thick paint applied with knives, marks made into paint creates texture.

If you have not been there check it out, they have revolving shows often and are the heart the downtown hearts district.

This 2 - 3 day weekend event was just lovely. I met so many wonderful people and look forward to seeing them again next year. I can be bad about taking pictures as I forgot to take some with some of the many people that came, but here are a few. Thank you Sonoran art league for putting on a good event!
I didn't take as many pictures as I should have while there to show what a great turn out and all the refreshments this event had available. Lovely people, lovely work. My most memorable moment was when one person told me that they hate abstract art in general as it actually angers them and pisses them off, but she really loved mine as it brought peace and happiness to her soul, I'll take that, mission accomplished. :)
